Project management
From initial consultancy to the finished stand
Efficient from the beginning: 3D planning. Exact budgeting No friction loss. To make sure you know exactly what’s going on at all times, comprehensive project management is an important part of our philosophy. To ensure efficient communication, a personal project manager is at your service from the initial consultation to the conclusion of the project. He acts as the interface between you and those involved in the project. He also takes care of all the technical, statics and safety-relevant requirements. This ensures a managed exchange of information between you and us during the planning and construction phases, delivery of the machines, stand handover, and subsequent dismantling. We have achieved our goal if you experience your first trade fair success during the handover of the stand.Stand design
Individual but system-based
Individual stand design on a system basis is our speciality. From experience we know and use the great design potential of our trade fair systems. We continually apply our creativity to discovering new ways of using these even more individually. Any additional features are produced by our carpenters in our own, modern workshop. Another advantage: we know the latest materials for floors, walls, and ceilings, and produce lettering and banners of all sizes and materials in-house. This approach enables us to efficiently create stands which are customised for your individual design. Their fast and cost-optimised implementation enables you to profit visually and economically.
Lighting technology
Skilfully lit – optimally showcased
Creating atmosphere, attracting attention, generating the right mood. With our professional lighting concepts we showcase spaces, surfaces, and exhibits, and show your company in the right light. In doing so, we cover the entire spectrum – from emotional to sales-promoting. From basic to accent lighting, we exclusively apply high-quality lighting technology. It goes without saying that we always try to ensure sustainability by using the most modern light sources.Construction on site
Implemented as planned
Planned in detail and delivered on time. On site our well-trained assembly supervisors and their teams work with customer focus and according to schedule. For them personal contact with the customer is what counts. Whenever possible, you will be served by the same SCHILLING team. This is the only way closely coordinated stand construction can be successful. Even when the schedule is tight, we do everything we can to meet all of your wishes. This flexibility makes us unique to our customers.

Storage and logistics
Securely stored, always ready to hand
With a total volume of 6500 m³, our warehouses ensure the constant availability of system material, custom-made products, and the stock of our customers. Because “the ending of one trade fair marks the beginning of the next”, all parts are carefully inspected after the return transport. If necessary, they are expertly repaired in our own workshop and professionally packed for storage and transport. Checks on incoming and outgoing goods means that all parts are immediately accessible. For safe and efficient transport we operate a modern fleet: four tractor units, five 7.5 t trucks, and four vans offer Europe-wide transport capacity with maximum flexibility.
Rental furniture
Facilities – from standard to design
The right furniture for every need. Whether standard or design furniture, only seating or completely furnished – with our own extensive rental furniture store we can cover almost all requirements in-house. And if your wishes turn out to be more out of the ordinary, we know the right partner to create the desired ambience.
